Watch what happens while it measures
The gauge shows the current speed and latency as the measurement runs. Instead of waiting for a single number, you see how your connection fluctuates. The measurement method is the same as in the Android and iPhone apps.
Close the window, the measurement keeps running
When you close the window, HIZTESTI keeps running in the icon area on the right of the taskbar (the system tray), and a running measurement isn't interrupted. Hover over the icon to see the current speed. If the measurement finishes while the window is hidden, you get a notification.
It tells you beforehand what could lower the result
If energy saver is on, memory is low, the processor is busy, a download or upload is running in the background or a VPN is on, it warns you before measuring. Warnings never block the measurement.
Every number behind the result
Each measurement's details show how long your connection keeps you waiting when idle, while downloading and while uploading, its fluency score and how much data the test used. The result card and sharing are the same as in the Android and iPhone apps.
Your whole history on one screen
Every measurement is kept; over 7 days, 30 days and a year you see your average, your highest and your lowest. Sign in and this history merges with your results from the browser, iPhone and Android. You can save all your records to your PC as a CSV or PDF file.
