Since 2017 we have gone beyond a single speed number to make the full quality of your connection understandable — and today, through hiztesti.com, that measurement is available to everyone, everywhere.
Independent by design, transparent by default
NETMETRİK is not tied to any internet service provider, so our measurements stay impartial. Our methodology is published openly and can be verified end to end, and we practise data minimization — we collect only what a measurement requires, stripped of information that identifies you. We believe that in an area as important as internet quality, measurement must be independent, transparent and auditable.
Who we are
NETMETRİK is an internet measurement and network-analytics company. On the consumer side we serve through hiztesti.com, and on the enterprise side, through netmetrik.com, delivering network intelligence to internet service providers and regulators.
We set out in 2017 with a simple conviction: that a speed test should reveal the real quality of a connection, not just a headline number. Over the years we have brought the measurement engine behind millions of tests to the same accuracy as the industry's global reference, and we are now opening this infrastructure to an international audience.
What sets us apart: NQF
Most speed tests reduce your connection to a single number. With NQF (Netmetrik Quality Framework) we statistically model your connection's speed distribution, latency stability and how latency swells under heavy use (technically, bufferbloat).
NQF is not a closed box: we have openly published our methodology as an academic technical report (whitepaper) in Turkish and English. Our measurement engine is calibrated one-to-one with the methodology of the industry's global reference, Speedtest.net (v2.11); in independent comparisons the download-speed deviation was only ±0.2%. We share all comparison data openly in the whitepaper — meaning our results are both transparent and verifiable.
